Plans for the Lancaster West Estate, including what improvements we can offer to residents’ homes and blocks, are continuing to take shape. Architects are working on long term plans to solve the issues residents have told us are important as well as laying out plans to achieve some urgent goals for the Estate.This ambitious, multi-million pound scheme is being led by local people. Plans are being ‘co-developed’ which means local residents will be involved at every step, from initial thinking to delivery. We are clear that residents will have the final say on what happens on the Estate.
