For those of us not lucky enough to escape to a fishing village on the Ligurian coast or the sun drenched hills of Provence wine merchant Nicolas on Holland Park Road is setting Thursday aside to open a bottle, share it with customers, hopefully teach us a little something and just try help with the heatwave. It promises a lot of rose, some crisp whites and perhaps a few bubbles.
