Flooded Notting Hill Gate to reopen

The repairs to the water main have now been completed and the main is now full of water again, so now Thames are starting the process of backfilling the excavations and then carrying out the reinstatement and repairs to both the footway and the carriageway. In order for these works to take place there will be a reduction in the number of emergency plant and equipment on site, so that they can repair the carriageway. It is envisaged that these works should all be complete on Thursday 11th February.
